please ...

don't ...

ever stop!

;)

I have been lazy after making mistakes :P but, I want to work on some of my own stuff for a PS3 theme after I can find stuff to do it the easy way first ... it is really hard finding 1920 x 1080 images ... so I guess I will be trying my hand at all this vectoring fun once again :)

Just wish I could do it as well as solwyvern 8)

Thank You. :D
I doubt I ever will,... but of course I do this for free with my own fanaticism as a driving motiviation.
...Eventually, I'll have to stop due to it eating too much time out of my personal life... but I hope it won't have to come to that. XD;

That's a nice vector LadySakura!
I see your linework is more fluid than before, you're visibly improving too! Keep up the great work!

Really good, Lady Sakura! :D

I saw it on the board, but I was a little late on the comment. ><

If I may, I'd recommend not using pure black for all the outlines as it tends to appear pixelated on some lines. Really not sure why that is, .. but using colored outlines seem to give the vector a softer look.

How does your computer handle a 481MB sized file? o_O Or is my pc that outdated already? x_x Around 100MB is my maximum I ever did with photoshop.

Awesome work again! Those 5 days where not in vain!

LadySakura you also deserve praise: it looks really good! =D

Thanks, Canis. :D

Well,...
I have a Pentium D Processor, 2.80 GHz and 2.81 Ghz, 2.00 GB of RAM.

I think that's more than enough to handle a file that big, (My pc could handle filesizes this big even when I had 1 Gig of Ram, but that's when it starts to slow down)

Also forgot to mention that the final dimensions of that psd were 5000 x 4000 px.

I was curious if anyone has run across tutorials for vectoring images inside vector editing software ( Anything where *.svg is the native format ). I checked most of the links in this thread and they were pretty much all for Photoshop.

Completed using Inkscape. If anyone wants to chime in with thoughts on how to improve the hair or a good tutorial for eyes that actually works with SVGs, that would be appreciated.
