Just press the "Print Screen" key which is close to the "F12" and open up Paint application. Go to "edit" and select "Paste" or "Ctrl + V".

thats a real cool desktop you got there but i am just wondering
that little girl in the right bottom of the screen is that a music player

or is it just with the desktop pic

Its actually a rainmeter which shows some of your computer status for example in solwy image, the hard disk space in each partition, CPU usage, time, day etc.
Thats not a music player but more of a music displayer. Its directly linked with "Winamp" so whichever song you play in winamp, it just displays the song playing.

Unless that's a different version rainmeter, the music part may not be correct.

Yes also Rainmeter. The frames shuffle through my whole imagefolder,
I just got an upgrade for my xp theme. xD

The program is called stylexp, pretty nifty, ^^

i know the thread but it doesnt really tell me how to get one :/ more along the lines of showing
