If you mean the Rainmeter skins, Konata (Lucky Star - 4koma manga, anime, etc.) is on the left, and Futami (Itsuka, Todoku, Ano Sora ni - eroge) is on the right.

If you meant the desktops themselves, Rena and Nina (MagusTale - eroge) are on the left, and HMX-17a Ilfa, HMX-17b Milfa, and HMX-17c Silfa (To Heart 2 - eroge, anime) are on the right.

I just noticed,.. what cpu/ram/HD monitor program are you using here? Doesn't look like anything I know of.

Well, I found this really neat Mac dock clone for Windows, now all the icons are gone. <3

It's 'iStat cpu', 'iStat Memory' and 'Presto's Hard Drive Monitor' (for the Windows Vista sidebar). I chose those since they're clean and clear, plus the 'Presto's Hard Drive Monitor' was the only one for Hard Drives I found that I liked in use and could add enough drives into.
