@Andell: I think it needs a bit deeper shading on the hair and socks, but other than that I lurves it~! ^0^

Hi! I just wanted to show a few pieces of my own artwork.

http://green-kun.deviantart.com/art/O-h ... 3560&qo=14
This was done during December, and I think I'm very sentimental about this particular piece. I kind of secretly put reference to a man I adore into the picture, which was thankfully not noticed by him. But I asked him what he thought the people would be saying. So, I followed his advice, as his suggestions were hilarious.

Last summer, I did this piece for a Digital Illustration project I had :3

It could have come out a lot better, since it was my second time with Photoshop. XD

It's paperchild's time !

One of them is meant to hold a door handle, and another one can be used without the hands (just standing) or with the hands, (having the chin and below part hidden by an horizontal surface).

@Andell: Nice paperchild.
Wanting to see photos of her~

@Trinity: Cute animation!

Erm... stop fighting please? :D lol
I think it may be because I forgot to give her a collar bone, so her neck looks a bit chunky
I fail at the little details ^^;;

Since LilFlow's drawing is the only one I can see at my job, I'll only comment this one (and most specifically the neck, since everything else's so lovely).

There's no problem with the upper part of the neck; it fits well with the head and it is okay globally too. The part making it look chubby is when related to the body. The left part is perfect, so let's look at the line to the right.

It reaches the body too far to the right (too close to her left shoulder). To correct it, the neck would have more angle (going down and a bit more to the left). And since the neck connect smoothly to the body angle, you might want to add some curve to it (curving to the right, at the bottom end of the neck).

This said... When you start getting this kind of serious criticism of your drawings, you know it means people actually care that much for your perfected work ! It's the most common way to pay respect to art. After all, the message is not: "You sucked at that part of the drawing, you should practice more", it's rather: "Darn, it's so lovely... if only that part had been as great !"

It's a funny fact... Criticism is somewhat a compliment to all that was not criticized. It's therefore the opposite of complimenting something specific.

'sounds weird to say, but... Lucky you to be criticized.~

By the way, I've adjusted a bit the shading from my last drawing before putting it on Devianart; you were quite right about it.
