E-Shuushuu Novel

So many people started to make own novels with Blade Engine so why we should have one? Well, needed for it are the following things: different images of the characters, backgrounds (the ones from Kanon are to find here, beware spoilers), music and a storyline. Since many creative people are under us I am sure that wouldn't be that hard work. :3

What do you think about it?

I think it's a really neat idea! It'd be a lot of fun to have. =D

Edit: Also, if I could be of help, I will do it, but I'm not really talented with computer programs, sorry. I also don't if I will be free to work on anything on some days. ._.

Well... I'm not really willing to learn how this program works,... but I think it can be done in Flash, just let me learn somemore before I jump in the fire.

i like the idea,but i have no clue bout the program...and i'm lazy enough to read anything that written in more than one paragraph... but still it's a nice idea

provide the story XD anyway i can support the game in making character designs as for the coding it i dont mind to help out but story you guys make one XD. just like before need a solid story to make it happen i guess

Well, the software works with syntaxes, like @keywait, @wait, @load and so on...

The only idea I got for the story is that suddenly all kawaii images at the world start to dissappear slowly and the members shuushuu have to save the worlds kawaiiness with saving the images from diapearing.

Sounds wierd, I know. <_<

primetch recommends Ren'Py for visual novel scripting...

Not that such an opinion matters, but it *is* cross-platform (read: works in Windows, Mac, and Linux) and doesn't require DirectX to run. I have already written a VN and a half in Ren'Py, and it works quite well; although the documentation is a little confusing, it comes with a thorough tutorial.
