Yet another unknown anime title

There is this guy in this anime (dooh), which has some great powers and has to fight some people bla bla.... I know that, one "God Slayer" or something like that appears around there.... second, there is a girl that this guy loves and he finds out at one point when he is fighting his brother (iirc) that the girl is a Goddess. But he chooses not to kill her, and instead he fights his brother.
I think the anime title starts with "B". And if I'm not wrong, has two words in the title. But if you're trying to help me here, don't really bet on my brain for the title.

I think the boy started in the anime as having a good life then suddenly everything went bad.

The action is set is some kind of alternate world medieval time.
As I said, don't put your bets on my memory. I'm not really sure it starts with "B". But I am sure that the guy will have a sword as a weapon and there is a girl which is later revealed to be a Goddess... when she's revealed to be a Goddess, the one who says it is some kind of brother of his. They are both God Slayers or something. So his "brother" forces him to take a decision. Join him and kill the Goddess he's been with for all this time or refuse and enter battle with this "brother" of his.
But this is somewhere later in the anime.

But I have only seen previews of that one.

No, it's not that. The protagonist is kind of like Renton (Eureka 7) through the whole story. Like a bildungsroman.
