I hadn't heard anything about SOPA coming back until you mentioned it. Through the magic of quick Google searching, it looks like it's not technically SOPA itself, but some legislation dubbed "Notice and Staydown" with similar piracy prevention and copyright protection goals. I honestly wouldn't be too worried about it. Even if it did somehow pass, how on earth are they going to be able to universally enforce such a law over the whole Internet? :/
