Deactivate account?

Hello. Um...I would like my account to be deleted/deactivated completely but I don't know how to do that or have that done. I have personal reasons for this; I might make a new account at some point, but I need to get rid of this one. I'm sorry my explanation is vague. ^^;

Well, another thing that could be okay is finding out a way to block users? I don't know how to do that, either. ^^; I've been trying to figure it out, but there is no option to do so that I've found. :/ I'm also having a hard time navigating this whole site. XD I've never been on a site like this, so it's a bit confusing.
