Hi Limitless! ^_^ I'm not sure if there are any sig rules...I guess just as long as it's not TOO big...like using a lot of bandwidth or anything.

avatar or sig rules....just usual rules.....and maybe no hentai(i think) dunno bout hard echi,ask the mod or admin....
