Tag list?

Anyone have the link to the full list of tags? I can't seem to find it and I need help tagging an image...Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The link to the tag list is on any page you go to...
A note to all new users: Look around at the site and find the rules and tags. See their locations and please read them before posting.

Sadly, this is only almost true.
There is no tag link in the Community section. Which means new users cannot get to the tag list when reading the rules/ how to use tags/ use shuushuu >_<
