When I used Google's reverse image search, I found one of these as a magazine scan from Magi-Cu. There's an article on its series on Wikipedia, but I couldn't find the source, because some of the red links there are really obscure.

There're a bunch of characters missing. I recognize two of them as anthro Fusion Sword and Masamune from another fan art from the same artist, but who're the others?

Do the men here have names? They recur, so I thought they would.

I am very sure that this is NOT Fujimiya Rin from Yokubari Saboten. Who it is supposed to be I'm not quite sure. All I have to go on is the following commentary from Shingo's older site.

According to Reddit, the translation is as follows

This is the image that featured in CG Production Craftmanship. I'm also using it as a character illustration in BIF.

CG Production Craftmanship appears to be a magazine. I'm only guessing that the issue I linked is the one in particular that Shingo was featured in, but for all I know, he could be featured in other issues.

"BIF" may or may not be the character name, as this image was featured on the older site under the name bif.jpg

Even on Danbooru she is not tagged as Rin. I think it's the best to leave source and character field blank.

I'm with you on that one, that's definitely not Rin, At least I am sure it isn't.
