I wonder if the bot found us because of the google adds.

That was the same in the other forum I'm in and that got invaded by bots. The owner decided to have google adds on the site and like 2-3 weeks later the bot problem slowly started and went insane... >_<

Hm, I didn't see any bots recently or do they get deleted that fast that I never get to see them?

If you got rid of the bot problem while I was gone (I was gone for 3 weeks around christmas and new years if anyone noticed

) tell me how, please.

bots are seasonal if you didn't know XD at least the big spammer ones .. >_<it'll be quiet then boom!

The ones on one of the other forums I used to visit before it "vanished" were persistant and not seasonal at all... x_x everyday like 2-4 new ones...

Now we have a new version of that forum that vanished back then and since it was under a different adress, a new host and totally wiped we also didn't have any bots but now they came back. T_T Had to delete two again this morning...
