Actually... after seeing this banner on the image board itself... the loli vibe is indeed strong.....I'm going to keep this banner on probation as I'm still on the fence about it.

The banner looks very nice but it can't be put up like this. It was explained on earlier pages that the banner needs to be "ripped appart" when someone has a bigger monitor resolution, that is the reason why it has to be three pieces from the start.

You have to make the banner so that each part of it is individual and doesn't have any elements leaping onto the next one.
