On a general basis, make sure you're using the highest quality of artwork possible. Some of your other banners have been full of jagged edges and JPG artifacts.
For these, I would mention that red on black is rather harsh, and it's hard to look at. Especially dark red on black.

Your text needs to be easy to read, regardless, and it needs to either be large or not. Not halfway. The text you have chosen is hard to read and doesn't fill its space well. Also, the red borders don't look very good and don't really add anything. >.<
