This was more for client side performance. There's more than a few people that don't appreciate every page request having an extra 300kb tax. On the plus side, if you see a cute banner you can pester a friend online and they'll see the same one as well.Evangeline Mcdowell wrote:Due to performance reasons, the code for displaying the banner has now been updated.
