From both the top of my head to a search on Shuu. Sorted alphabetically, add and decimate as you see fit. ^_^. If the artist site is SFW, maybe you can turn the name into a clickable link.

Note: A picture can be reposted if it's a scan from an artbook/poster/magazine etc. The restriction only applies to pictures taken from the artists page, or made from a picture from the artists page.

Small request to the mods: If the artist prohibits posting, maybe you should fill the artist field, there are a few disabled pics with an unknown artist.

Not to sound stupid but isn't this more a list of artists we didn't ask if its okay to post? Cause if the mods have to disable all those pics they'll be busy by next week.

But in all seriousness, I believe these artists have explicitly stated somewhere on their respective sites that images are not to be posted elsewhere. (I think...? I'll admit I don't have much of a knowledge for these artists and their policies, but I'm assuming that's the point of this list. ^^;; ) That said, I don't think it'd hurt if someone actually did go out and asked these folks for permission.

Hence the short list of artists we got permission for at the bottom.

By the way, all of the pics I saw while looking for artists who prohibited reposted were disabled if they were taken from the artists site, so yeah, they're well on top of it.

Wrex: Aye, that's really how to tell if they prohibit it, usually says it right on the front page if they don't allow their images to be posted on other sites.

Ototsugu Konoe doesn't allow reposting of his/her images.

I guess you should put Ototsugu Konoe also in the list?

On the topic of searching whether artists allow reposting:
Besides the front page, some artists also state their policy on reposting on their profiles, on their link page, or even in the gallery itself. It's a good idea to look through the main sections of the artist's whole site since some people put it in different places.

I've also seen some artists (mainly Korean and Taiwanese artists) have a Creative Commons button on their pages, so definitely check that out too.
