Well, a prolly stupid question: i dont understand, why we dont have a list of aritst that allow reposting thier works instead?
because there are lots of artist doesnt allow reposting, the list gonna be huge, imho

well I think having a list of artists who prohibits posting of his/her images is already enough besides if they weren't in the list it kinda does mean that they do allow their images to be posted. And the list for people who do allow reposting is going to be bigger than those who doesn't imo.

Beside that, i actually found out some pics posted on shuushuu are actually from some artist site, which they dont allow reposting,
the pics filesize and dimension are also identical
one of the poster is ... >.<;;;

Ah yeah I knew I wouldn't be understood XD thats what I meant (I really am bad with explaining myself TT~TT) I mean if we have people who prohibit, thats a list then people would think that those artists who aren't in the list are allowed to be posted in the boards. (I think I made a point this time? xD;)

i already created an account and logged in to wiki,
the artist's info is ready to submit, but im not sure coz im afraid will messed up the page >_>

To add a new article, use the search field on the left and click "Go"

Put the name of the artist in it, and if possible keep this format: Then you have to use a template for the artist.

I fully documented it, but I'm waiting for feedback, so don't hesitate to ask question. It also implies that you have already edited wiki beforehand, or you can always consult the User Guide which is on the front page, or go edit an existing article to see how each article is formatted.

If you mess with it, you better hide because I monitor on daily basis the wiki ( if not every hour hohoho ). Well, if there is anything to improve, I will just edit your article and post some advice on the User Talk page.
