This is totally insane...Kagami and Tsukasa in GTA San Andreas. Craziest game mods I've ever seen in my life. It's pretty funny and strange at the same time.

that was Mr. rodgers, he was the host of a kids show for a good 20 or something years. he was the kindly grandfather figure of childrens tv in the 80s and 90s.
