Hey guys, I'm looking for people who can join the tagging team and focus on keeping the e-shuushuu Wiki (http://e-shuushuu.net/wiki) up to date.
Yong has been maintaining the Wiki for several months now but he could use some help.
It would include adding new artists, their work (doujin, artbook titles), and other general information such as artist sites and cirlcle membership.
If you are good with artist names and keep up to date with new artists, you could probably be very helpful. Also, if you have experience editing wikis, that is helpful but not required (it's not hard to learn).
So, if you're interested in helping out, let me know or post here. ^^

I've been helping Yong with the wiki for a couple weeks now, and plan to continue doing so. ^^

I would like to help, but I don't think I know how to edit a Wiki page. =/

You can find lots of documentation on how to edit wiki articles at http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Editing_pages. Also, you can go to the wiki and click the Edit button on an existing article to see how it's layed out. Yong is the wiki master and could probably help as well.Myu-chan wrote:I would like to help, but I don't think I know how to edit a Wiki page. =/

B.u.m.p.
Ok guys, First, thanks for the contributions,
and Second, currently we have 1129 artist on wiki
please use the artist Japanese name to search the wiki before adding the new entry,
and check the artist english name again, with both Estern Order and Western Order, to avoid duplicate entry.
Third, the artist category now is 6 pages longs, for me, browsing it is abit harder because i have to clicks 6 times to reach the last page, do you guys thinks should i split it to 6 pages? eg A to D, C to F and so forth.

I think six pages would be a rather large number. Maybe more like three or four? I would say two, but I know the pages are going to keep expanding...

I added a little something to the artist category page ^^

Oh, so that's how you get a table of contents to work for that section. ^^
Thanks, Merun.

Ow Thank you merun~
I thought it was required to edit the whole 1.1k of artist manually to split it
