Aquastyle... they also did the Battle Fantasia videos so... don't get your hopes up -_-

edit: Upon further reading, it looks like a recompiled version of a previous work Touhou Kitougeki. This time with full voice, and probably new scenes andother bonuses, like the Spirits of Steel teaser.
