| name = *Romanji name. Use the Hepburn unless the artist has it's own way of romanizing it*

| jpname = *Name in japanese: Katakana, Hiragana, Kanji, a mix of Latin and Japanese character. Leave it blank if the name is already in Latin character*

| altname = *Put here real name, or other pen name. Don't forget to add a bullet point for each of them*

| circle = *Put the circle in which the artist is a member. Guest art doesn't count as being part of the circle. Don't forget to add a bullet point for each of them*

| misc = *Any miscellaneous information not covered by the other field*
