BG stands for Background.
CG
CG stands for Computer Graphics. It's often used to refer to images from from visual novels, often the size of a wallpaper or computer screen.

Genga
Genga (原画) literally means 'original picture'.
PBW Game
PBW is short for 'Play by web'.
SDs / SD Characters
SD stands for 'Super-Deformed' (aka. chibi). Often used when specific artists illustrate the chibi versions of characters in visual novels. On E-Shuushuu, SD CGs and other images are tagged as chibi.
