How about a posting contest? The rules are simple and here is an example. The prize is three bonus upload slots! Using a very grueling number generator and the tag ID #'s, the theme for this round is 'cat girls eating', so you need to have an image where both the 'neko mimi' and 'eating' tag applies in each image. The user with the most image posts for the theme wins!
How to enter:

Add [Contest Entry] in the misc. field. Otherwise your post cannot be counted for.
Any users who are regular members to tagging team level can enter. Users who have recently had slots reduced for breaking the rules cannot. On the contrary, these slots will not be permanent if you break the rules, and can be taken. Keep behaving and you're fine.
Disabled or reposted images will not be counted.
No mistagging to slip an image in. We are monitoring this contest closely.

Ooh, contest, It's nice to see it back again though I wasn't around when these were organised back then, I don't know about participating myself with my finals being close
but hope other users would consider participating, +3 slots isn't bad!
