Finding Tommy Walker Artists
Finding the artist of Tommy Walker images can be quite a challenge, as the images often share backgrounds that stop them being so easily searchable on Similar Image Search Engines, and we don't currently alias Tommy Walker IDs to Artist tags.
Please note: Tommy Walker artist profiles may be set to inactive when the artist is no longer taking Tommy Walker commissions. You can often still find the artist name through the original filename, access their gallery using the links below, or check this URL on web archive for earlier versions of the artist profile.
Finding an Artist Using an Artist ID Number
Tommy Walker artists each have a unique ID number, that is the same across all Tommy Walker games. If the ID number is known, pasting it at the end of the following URLs will take you to the artist pages. Some IDs work as they are with every URL, but others require you to add 0s to the beginning to make them up to 5 digits.

Similar/Reverse Image Searches
Sometimes a quick reverse search will help you to locate the image on other image boards, or the original game website, in order to locate the image details.
Run the image through iqbd
iqdb will search for the image on other image boards. Be cautious even if you find an artist from this; the images can often be tagged by anyone, so you should follow the artist links back to their gallery to check (See Navigating Artist Profiles).
OR Google Image Search
Google will sometimes pick up the image from the original Tommy Walker game site, either in the results or sometimes if you look under 'Find other sizes of this image'. You are looking for a Tommy Walker game URL, beginning with http://t-walker.jp/ or something similar to http://tw4.jp/ (number changing depending on the game).
Finding an Artist Using an Original Filename
First, you should find the character from the original filename.
From there, you can find the image that you are attempting to tag in the character's image gallery.
The artist will be credited for that image, that will link to their personal page with a unique Tommy Walker Artist ID. Some of these profiles have external links to their personal websites or social media. I will add screenshots later. On older games, such as Mugen no Fantasia, the profiles or artist name may have changed over time, so consider putting the URL through web archive to find old links or versions of their name. You can also check their profiles on later games to see if new links have been added.
Other Tips
(Until I move them to the right place)
- Each artist will have a profile on all six games with the same ID number. Sometimes, if they worked on later games, the newer game profiles will have personal links that the old ones don't, or vice versa.
- Try searching kanji artist names on the wiki (removing spaces) in case they've been added to help
Finding Tommy Walker Characters
Finding a Character Using an Original Filename
Each character in Tommy Walker games have a unique character code, beginning with a letter. The letter indicates which Tommy Walker game that this character is from, and the number is for the specific character within that game (there are exceptions, e.g. bn0123). Replacing the character code in the following URLs will take you to the character pages.
- Mugen no Fantasia: http://t-walker.jp/mugefan/html/status.cgi?chrid=a#####
- Silver Rain: http://t-walker.jp/sr/status/?chrid=b#####
- End Breaker!: http://t-walker.jp/eb/status/?chrid=c#####
- Psychic Hearts: http://tw4.jp/another/status/d#####
- Kerberos Blade: http://tw5.jp/character/status/e#####
- Jaeger Sixth: https://tw6.jp/character/status/f#####

BE CAREFUL! Sometimes other images are tagged with the same character name. In Jaeger Sixth, the cards with a black background, with the #宿敵イラスト tag, are Rival Illustrations.
I'll possible add examples of original filenames later.
You have found the Artist profile that you THINK it might be, but you want to check their gallery for the image? This can be done in different ways, depending on the game.

Silver Rain images may often have a name written directly on the image.
